Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice. If the manufacturer has changed a price, you will be notified before your credit card is charged. Some products may be backordered at the time an order is placed. If that is the case, you will be notified before your credit card is charged. In either scenario, you will have the option of canceling the order with no penalty.
Payments:
GPSTrackingStore.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Please be advised that orders placed using American Express are subject to a 3.50% surcharge.
Alternate payment methods include Cashier's Check, Bank Wire, and Company Check (fax a copy of the check to 877-863-8354).

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service, unless otherwise specified.
If you would like to expedite shipping, please specify your requirements when checking out. You will be contacted with a new shipping cost, and total, before the order is processed.
 
Prices do not include Shipping & Handling. Clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling on returned items. If an order is refunded (once the product has been shipped), only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded, not the cost of shipping and handling to the client. (See re-stocking fee below.)
*FedEx account numbers: If you are using a company FedEx account number, please make note of the number in the Comments dialog box when checking out.
Returns:
All returns must have an RMA number!
Requests for returns for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days from Invoice date.
Requests for returns relating to shipping errors must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
 
Not satisfied with your purchase?
With an RMA number, you may return units in original packaging, and original condition for a refund, minus a $50 re-stocking fee. Shipping and Activation Fees are not refunded. Customer is responsible for return freight. Returns must include original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition.
No credit will be issued for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
