Tracking - Automatic Location

The GPS200 NAV is our All-IN-ONE real-time vehicle tracking system. The GPS200 NAV unit offers all of the features as our GPS200 NAV, but adds:
-In-vehicle Navigation (requires laptop or PDA)
-Mobile Internet & Email
-Microsoft MapPoint Mapping (optional)
The GPS200 NAV reports driving times once every 5
minutes. This can be updated up to once
every 2 minutes or 1 minute, additional
reporting times require an extra monthly fee.
The GPS200 NAV also reports Ignition OFF, Ignition
ON, STOP, and IDLE. All of these events help
the user understand where and what the
driver has been doing.
Reports:
There are several useful reports that help the
user understand what their vehicles are doing
and where they are have been.
 Activity Report - Provides a point A to
B perspective between drive
segments or "start and stops". Shows
user how long it takes to get from one
point to another, miles driven and
max speed, and total stop time at each
location.
Events Report - This provides
detailed information on all activity
including ignition ON/OFF, idling,
stops and all driving events.
Speeding Report - Enter a userdefined "speed filter" and this
provides the user a report on each
occurrence the vehicle exceeded the
user defined speed entered. Actual
speed and time, date and location is
displayed.
Stop Report - Enter a user defined "stop filter" and this provides the user
a report on each occurrence the
vehicle exceeded the user defined
stop time entered. Actual stop time
and time, date and location is
displayed.
Landmark In/Out Report - displays
when a vehicle arrived, how long they
were stopped, and what time they left
a user defined Landmark.
Engine Run time Report Disp
Inputs Report - This will show all
activity for inputs such as PTOs,
pumps and anything else the user
may use as inputs.
Settings:
There are numerous admin settings that let
users organize and customize their vehicle
tracking needs. Settings are an admin
privilege and can be disabled per user
request.
Company Emails - This will let the
user setup emails for alerts and
schedulers.
Units - You can customize unit names,
odometer, change event names.
Groups - Users have the ability to
assign units to a group for
organization.
Landmarks - Landmarks can be
customized to show on maps and
reports. This aids in showing where
vehicles are.
Geofences - Provides the ability to
create borders in area and be notified
via email and/or cell phone once
vehicle enters or leaves a specified
area.
Reports Scheduler - The user has the
ability to receive reports via email on
a scheduled basis. User defined
schedule of daily, once a week or
monthly is available.
Vehicle Maintenance - Unlimited
user defined maintenance items and
maintenance schedule for their
vehicles. User can also have alerts
sent to their email for reminders
when items are due/past due.
Unit -
GPS200 NAV:
The GPS200 NAV is the most common of the GPS200 NAV
series. It allows for standard tracking which will
be used by most users. The GPS200 NAV is a cost
efficient way for users to be able to utilize the
GPS200 NAV management software and maintain
reporting, tracking, dispatching and fleet
management.
Hardware:
The GPS200 NAV is installed by connecting three wires.
Black - Ground
Red - 12V power
Yellow - Ignition
The GPS200 NAV has 2 antennas, a GSM and GPS. The
GPS antenna needs to have a clear view of the
sky and can be internal or external.
The GPS200 NAV also comes equipped with telemetry
wires, 2 inputs and 2 output. The input wires
can be used to monitor PTO's, pumps, sprayers
and any other user defined input. The Outputs
may be used to trigger door unlock or other
triggers. You can also use an output for starter
disable.
Turn by Turn:
The GPS200 NAV has the capabilities to have a turn by
turn feature that will send a location every time
the unit makes a turn. This will allow for an
extremely accurate Breadcrumb trail that
depicts each street the vehicle traveled down.
This is very useful for route verification. This
feature will cause an increase to the monthly
fee.
Back-up Battery:
For an additional fee a back-up battery can be
added to notify the user if there was a main
power disconnect in the instance of tampering
or theft.
